Research
My research activity is mainly focused in the analysis of metabolomics and xenobiotics, both in animal and vegetal tissues. The aim is the description of the metabolite profiles to find compounds with physiological, pharmacological or nutritional interest. Spectrophotometry, chromatography and mass spectrometry are the main tools that I use to identify and quantify the compounds of interest.
