My field of work is the Applied Entomology. My approach to this broad subject is to study some physiological aspects of insects that can
modify the response to environmental conditions, modifying their biological cycles and their development. More specifically, lately I have studied the hormonal regulation of diapause, the response to conspecific pheromones and the response of caterpillars to Bt toxin.
