Research
Currently, my research focuses on modeling of various processes, such as adsorption of water by food matrices, microbial growth kinetics, photodegradation kinetics of toxic compounds. (toxins and pesticides) using UV radiation. I also continued to carry out rheological characterization of fruit juices.
