The centre has been awarded the HRS4R label, “Excellence in Human Resources in Research“, granted by the European Commission to institutions that promote an attractive research environment, in accordance with the European Charter for Researchers and the Code of Conduct for the Recruitment of Researchers.

Agrotecnio supports the European Commission’s Recommendations, committing to further develop its internal human resources strategy, adhering to the recommendations and principles set out in the Charter and Code, and ensuring transparency, accessibility, fairness and the pursuit of excellence in staff recruitment. Agrotecnio has developed an OTM-R Policy, which guarantees equal opportunities for candidates and ensures that the research staff recruited meet the requirements of the position. In addition, the centre has developed a Recruitment Policy based on the OTM-R principles.
