Jordi Llorens Calveras

The area of research is precision agriculture and the use of sensors and automation in agriculture in general. Specifically, his lines of research focus on improving the application of phytosanitary treatments in tree crops through the use of electronic devices for canopy characterisation and electronic systems for variable rate spraying control. He has experience in the use of LiDAR sensors for the geometric characterisation of crops, whether tree crops or herbaceous crops.
