Jordi Llorens Calveras

The research area is Precision Agriculture and the use of sensors and automation in agriculture in general. Specifically, his lines of research focus on improving phytosanitary applications in tree crops through the use of electronics for the characterization of the canopy and the use of electronic systems for the control of variable spraying. He has expertise in the use of LiDAR sensors for the geometric characterization of crops, either in tree cultivation or extensive cultivation.
