Research on corn contamination by fungi of the genera Aspergillus and Fusarium in the context of climate change. The study analyses how these changes may influence the presence of these fungi and the production of their mycotoxins. To this end, advanced technologies such as HSI-NIR spectroscopy and predictive mycology models are used with the aim of developing effective mitigation strategies and helping to ensure the safety of maize for food.
