The overall objective of my research is to study the immunomodulatory and antioxidant effects of phenolic compounds in order to improve the productive and reproductive performance of ruminants. Currently, my research focuses on evaluating the effects of foetal malnutrition and the use of hydroxytyrosol during the last third of gestation on the oxidative, immunological and energy metabolism status in cattle.
