On 22nd May, Agrotecnio organises a new edition of the Early Career Forum that will focus on Career Opportunities Beyond Research. These forums are a series of periodic cross-disciplinary meetings on research-related topics. Its aim is to share experiences with researchers on different steps and aspects of the research career.
This forum will be the third edition of the academic year 2024-2025 and will address other career options for researchers beyond Academia. Alaíde Sipahi Dantas, PhD and HR & Change Management consultant will address the change from Academia to Business; while José María Montull, PhD and CEO at IPM Advice S.L. will explain how to combine research with business and the experience of creating Agrotecnio’s first spin off company. Montull is a researcher in Agrotecnio’s Crop Protection group.
After the seminar, a kombucha tasting will be prepared by the Food Bioactive Compounds research group.
