I am involved in the research and application of precision agriculture techniques for the analysis of crop spatial variability (extensive and fruit tree crops). My expertise is (mainly) about the use of satellite and airborne multispectral images, soil properties mapping by means of apparent electrical conductivity surveyors and the integration/analysis of data with geographical information systems. The general aim is to know the causes of crop spatial variability to improve yields and quality, reducing environmental impact of agriculture.
