{"id":5855,"date":"2026-09-22T09:27:03","date_gmt":"2026-09-22T07:27:03","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/agrotecnio.org\/en\/?p=5855"},"modified":"2026-09-23T10:13:45","modified_gmt":"2026-09-23T08:13:45","slug":"a-new-teambuilding-day-to-strengthen-cohesion-and-team-spirit-at-agrotecnio","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/agrotecnio.org\/en\/a-new-teambuilding-day-to-strengthen-cohesion-and-team-spirit-at-agrotecnio\/","title":{"rendered":"A new teambuilding day to strengthen cohesion and team spirit at Agrotecnio"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>The event combined science communication, participatory activities and gastronomy<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Science, humour, gastronomy and teamwork were the key ingredients of the teambuilding day held by Agrotecnio this Friday, with the aim of strengthening cohesion among members of the centre and creating opportunities for interaction and socialising beyond research activities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The day began with a welcome from Agrotecnio Director Jos\u00e9 Antonio Bonet, who highlighted the centre\u2019s commitment to \u201cpromoting opportunities for interaction among the people who make up Agrotecnio, with the aim of strengthening a sense of belonging and fostering knowledge-sharing and collaboration among professionals from different research groups\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Humour played a leading role throughout the day. The <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bigvanciencia.com\/\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/www.bigvanciencia.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Big Van Ciencia<\/a> team delivered a science communication show combining knowledge and humour and subsequently led a scientific stand-up comedy workshop. Participants had the opportunity to experiment with new ways of explaining and communicating research, working in different groups to encourage participation and collaboration.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The day also featured a new edition of Agrogourmet, a tasting of agri-food products that provided an informal setting for colleagues to come together while highlighting the connection between research, food and the agri-food sector.
