These forums are a series of periodic cross-disciplinary meetings on research-related topics. Its aim is to share experiences with researchers on different steps and aspects of the research career.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-17426\" src=\"https:\/\/agrotecnio.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2025\/11\/ECF-CareerOpportunitiesBeyondResearch-2.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"800\" height=\"600\" \/><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This forum will be the third edition of the academic year 2024-2025 and will address other career options for researchers beyond Academia. <strong>Ala\u00edde Sipahi Dantas<\/strong>, PhD and HR &amp; Change Management consultant will address the change from Academia to Business; while <strong>Jos\u00e9 Mar\u00eda Montull<\/strong>, PhD and CEO at IPM Advice S.L. will explain how to combine research with business and the experience of creating Agrotecnio\u2019s first spin off company. Montull is a researcher in Agrotecnio\u2019s Crop Protection group.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>After the seminar, a kombucha tasting will be prepared by the Food Bioactive Compounds research group.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Registration for the seminar is now open.
